How to submit to an assignment

How to Submit for an AssignmentFind the Assignment link you wish to submit and click on it to open. Read all the instructions to understand what is required for the assignment.
The assignment will open to the assignment description and general instructions. Scroll down until you can see the Submission Status for this assignment. It will show the current Submission status, Grading status and Due date for the assignment.
Scroll down to the Grading criteria which explains the rubric criterion for grading this assignment.
Scroll to the very bottom. You will see the comment section and the “Add Submission” button. Click on the “Add Submission” button to open the submission page.
The File Submissions page will look like the following.
You can drag you submission file to the submission text box
You can also click on the left folder icon and browse your computer filesystem.
Give the file adequate time to upload to the server; whether you drag the file to the submission box or browse your filesystem. The filename is displayed when the file is dragged to the submission box.
The filename will change to an icon when the file is fully uploaded to the server. It may take 15-20 seconds for the file to upload, so be patient. When the file icon shows you are ready to save your changes. Click on the “Save changes” button.
Scroll to the Submission status section to view your submission status after saving your changes. The Submission status should show “Submitted for grading”.
If you wish to resubmit to the assignment reopen the assignment and scroll to the button. Perhaps your instructor asked you to revise your paper and you needed to submit your revised paper to the assignment. Click on the “Edit submission” button to open the submission page.
Click on the file icon in the submission box. The editing dialog box will open. Click on the delete button.
Click on the OK button to confirm the deletion.
You will need to drag a new file to the submission box before saving your changes.
