Why I cannot access the book from the Bookshelf app

The VitalSource Bookshelf app allows you to have 2 computers and mobile devices activated at any time to access your textbook. However at times (usually around the add/drop period) you will need to verify your continual enrollment by accessing the textbook thru the Online Course. This will re-allow access to your book from the Bookshelf app on your other devices.
